Position point 1 is the complete repeal of Obamacare:
“1. Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.”
That link didn’t work, but his original position called for a full repeal and replace with free market solutions, ie, removing restrictions on free markets.
