Unless I’m crazy (always possible !) I read from LS that the EO DJT signed (or maybe Price signed) made ALL health care plans now “qualified” health care plans.
If that’s true, then Obamacare is already dead and we’re only waiting for the autopsy.

I pulled an all nighter but I don't have a good excuse like you! I didn't see what you're talking about in the EO--just remember EO basically said HHS has discretion on enforcing mandates so wouldn't charge fines for young people opting out and I think the hours worked won't matter anymore which was a huge hit on many people. What you're saying would fit with discretion of HHS. One of the biggest problems is making healthcare a right that needs to be paid for everyone which is adding entitlement to an already strained entitlement budget. I'm hoping they'll come back with a better bill that reflects DJT promises made during campaign. Get some sleep😬
