I respectfully disagree with FLOTUS here:
The ‘Era of Allowing Brutality Against Women and Children’ won’t be over as long as Leftists are in a position to wield power, as they are in many European countries and in many American cities. (e.g., see Sweden. e.g., see Rockville, MD)
