To Hell with big brother" Here in Texas they're legal. A nearby city, Plano, has RL cameras. If a ticket isn't paid after two or three notices and fine increases the owner of the car's ability to renew the license plate is blocked. Big surprise upon arriving at DMV and standing in line a couple of hours. All fines must be cleared in order to renew tags 😁
