Good I’m so tired of people getting away with crime. Had a car stolen in Dallas County, Tx back in October. Come to find out that it was 4-5 teens joy riding in my car for 5 days and lived in the same apartment complex as my daughter. They drove it back to where it was stolen and she saw them and took pictures of them outside the car and when they spotted her taking the pictures they then ran over and assaulted her. The detectives could not place them in the car and finger prints came back inconclusive on the inside but were found on the outside of the car. They found cocaine on the inside of the car and had over $6,800.00 of damage to the car. They had left a lot of evidence in the car and they told us that they could not arrest them since they were unstaffed and did not have enough evidence on them.

That’s outrageous. I bet these same cops have plenty of time to pull people over for not wearing a seat belt so they can write them a ticket.
One would think that, at the least, they would arrest these dirtbags for assaulting your daughter.
in my neighborhood we didn't call the cops for that. Cops make stuff like this worse.
A couple of cousins with baseball bats would have fixed everything including repayment of the damages with interest.
