Trump is, in effect, the first third party President since the 19th century.

And the DC Uniparty is going all out to defeat him, including, I predict, shutting down the gov’t and the debt ceiling.

But two can play at that game. Trump can use the threat of the debt ceiling himself. He has to be ready to prioritize payments.

You could also be a little vicious when you do it:

1. Issue an ultimatum that Congress has to pass a *real* Budget.
2. Cut all funding/payments to Congress and their offices.
3. When they start complaining about the unconstitutionality (citing, of course, Amd. 27) tell them that their pay hasn't been altered, but that there's simply no budget from which to draw their pay.
4. Laugh.
