The entire administration, IMHO, is waiting on the Gorsuch appointment to the Supreme Court before bombing Comey/Rogers, and even for enforcing federal law in sanctuary cities, and for many other outstanding actions.
Sessions is in a bind. Trump is in a bind. We are either playing footsie with these Leftists, or stuck on freeze.
The Dems want to keep them that way and are stalling, because all of this is headed to the Supreme Court.

I suspect there’s a lot of truth to what you say.
And we can’t forget we have dozens and dozens of lower court vacancies that are also on hold until Gorsuch is confirmed. Getting those filled with decent judges will be YUGE. Word is they’re lined up..just waiting. We’ll see.
