Wow. That is powerful. How she could be so wedded to liberal ideology that she could continue to support it, I have no idea. She is obviously not okay with it.
Abortion really does leave scars on the living, at least, those with a conscience. Two people exist when a pregnancy is in progress, no matter what stage. In an abortion, one person is “liberated” and one person is sacrificed. The person who is liberated has to live with the reality for the rest of their lives.
I think I remember an article on FR a while back about a woman doctor who actually performed late term abortions while feeling her own child kicking in her womb. She described grasping a baby’s limbs that were about the same size as her own child’s. What a monster. She is beyond redemption.
No one is beyond redemption, but as someone continues their evil deeds, their heart will continue to harden. From my human perspective, it would be extremely hard to forgive such a woman.
I suspect her’s is quite hard when it comes to the forgiving nature of God. I know I have done terrible things, and I am embarrassed over my past transgressions.
My former friend, , just is on the cusp, or crossroads. At least she was 10 years ago. I keep hoping that such people I know, one day wake up in the middle of the night when they are passed out drunk, and find a televangelist on the channel they were last watching, and he would say something that stirs their conscience.

It’ll be between her and God whether He finds her worthy, but I’m sure that she’s got some ‘splainin’ to do first. It is the same for all of us to one degree or another because we are all flawed.
The redemption I am talking about, though, is her worth as a doctor, mother and just plain human being. Premeditated murder of an innocent person carries the death penalty in my state. If those babies were anywhere but inside the women’s bodies, that is exactly what it would be.
