Exactly, not only was that a failure it almost led to a nuclear war. It doesn’t get any worse than that. My mother was pregnant with me at the time, she always use to say Kennedy almost had me aborted LOL! We were living in New York city at the time which always seems to be the #1 target. Oh yeah and not only did it almost lead to a nuke war, it ended up with the Berlin wall being constructed. I think that is a hell of a lot worse than a freakin’ bill not being passed!
