It might be spun as a Freedom Caucus victory. It pretty much said that conservative concerns have to be addressed.

It could be spun as a defeat, if the GOP leadership now writes them off and decides to cross the aisle.

That also seems to be Trump's reaction. He will wait awhile and then seek a bipartisan bill without the need for the Freedom Caucus.

Well if the GOP crosses the aisle, then at least we will know where we stand.

And that includes the president btw.
