During the crappy economy that we've had for most of the last two to three decades, more and more couples have discovered the sham of two couples holding full time jobs with most of the earnings from at least one job going to pay for the second car, child care and additional taxes. So one of the couple has opted to stay home or take part time work.
Rather than take the hint and make government policies more family friendly, our globalist masters have responded by importing more immigrants and declaring multiculturalism to be the new national religion.
