A no-brainer: President Trump can just reverse the determination.
He did. But these judges don’t care about the law. In the article it points that this judge would not be impartial, he worked for Obama among other things. I don’t get how these judges can even take on these frivolous cases.
Do these idiots have ANY comprehension of what such a precedent would open up for Trump?
