“you gotta ‘splain the prison population thing though. “

Walter E. Williams wrote, “A society’s first line of defense is not the law but customs, traditions and moral values.”

The fewer June Cleavers you have making a home for their husbands and transmitting moral values to their children, the larger your prison population.

Equal employment for women was the perfect communist plot. Flim-flam women into “careers” and you get more two-income families. That allowed the left to tax one of those incomes away.

Every woman in a pants suit carrying a briefcase represents a husband and father robbed of his ability to support his family, and therefore stripped of his dignity. If you’re out to damage the family, as is the left, this is a crowning achievement.

Further, every woman in a pants suit carrying a briefcase represents children not being raised properly, which damages the US in myriad ways—including by inflating the crime rate and the prison population.

My mother had to work because she was a widow. If women choose to work when they don’t have to and think they are still doing justice to their children, well, they’re not.

If you feel guilty because other people are raising your kids while you labor away at some task that any old man could do, good. You should feel guilty.

In a healthy society, a woman’s place is in the home. If you reject that law of nature, you get...well, us.

Breitbart was quoted as saying "Politics is downstream of culture" but I like Williams's version better.

That brought a tear to my eye. Dr. Williams hit the nail on the head. Hub and I are old enough to remember the June Cleaver moms.....my mom was one (except she didn’t wear pearls, bracelets and high heels whilst cleaning) but Hub’s mom HAD to work. He swore I would never work and I didn’t have to and we raised 2 very good kids (I’ll give you references if you want since I’m their mother). I thank God every day for his sacrifice. Thanks for the clarification on what you meant. So true, so very true.........;)
