If you think it is bad for business then don't give them your business. As I said on the other thread on this topic I have exactly zero choices for cable internet. Obviously I would love to have the low price and speed of cable and they would be welcome to any data they can scrounge from HTTP which wouldn't be much
That's without any hoops. If you educate yourself on what they can see without any hoops you would not worry at all about this non-issue.

All those whining about the ease in regulation should team up an open their own ISP and provide the most private, best and fastest service available for free.
Ditch these evil Telecom companies. We want free internet!
