Actually, Trump WAS, in fact, 100% correct in his Tweet. Even federal agents still refer to electronic surveillance as a “wiretap”, even though they no longer literally “tap” into a target’s phone line.

The important and as yet unmentioned point here is that, while there is such a thing as an “inadvertent” intercept, there is no such thing as inadvertent production of a report or transcript of a conversation. Preparation and production of an intelligence report or transcript is a VERY DELIBERATE act.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that Cong. Nunes went to the White House first to brief them on what he was given because he feared that it would be classified with all kinds of caveats and buried. No surprise that Schiff wants the investigation ceased due to compromise now that we have a target in sight...

Seriously? Do they think He’ll get it ceased? I hadn’t heard that yet- Again- like you said- No wonder Nunes didn’t go to him first-

IF Schiff is trying to cease this investigation- oh my word- Obvious coverup!
