He really had no idea of what governance meant. The number of true conservatives who know how to run federal departments is somewhere between 1 and 3 nationwide.

Cruz would had faced the same problems, even worse, since he would have been an usurper like the 2nd American usurper.

Giving him credit given that Congress, the media, the judiciary, academia, and all other lib organizations want to take him down. But he knows this.

He needs to govern from outside to the inside, as he did on the campaign, controlling electoral processes to build for a Trump majority.
