The California Highway Patrol is reviewing video of a menacing mob of more than 30 people on dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles riding recklessly over the Bay Bridge on Sunday to determine if theres enough evidence to place more than one woman under arrest, officials said.
The incident comes after a pack of dirt-bike riders surrounded a car on Highway 101 earlier this month and attacked a driver, putting him in the hospital with a broken leg and other injuries.

They have excellent images/video of this individual in the act, including her face. She could easily be ID’d by law enforcement. Yet I never heard another word...
