They do? Huh. Because during I don't recall the last time congress actually passed a budget. Just add some more to the old budget and put it out as a continuing resolution; no cuts, no reductions in anything at all. Now we see that Mitch was a-okay with that approach, he's allergic to cuts.
So, is Mitch balancing the Budget so we can afford to be such a generous Country?
I'll be happy if the government only gives me back the sum they stole from my paycheck in order to pull off this scheme. Just give me back what they took and I'll be happy.
