See the case of the Maryland school rapists. The under reported back story on these teens (dreamers) committing crimes is that they were recruited in their home country. They had proved themselves as able criminals and were brought into this country by criminal gangs. There is a lot more wealth to “criminalize” here than in Mexico, El Salvador or Guatemala. The gangsters get them sponsors. Why would a 18 y/o kid, stopped by ICE at the border, end up in Maryland?
