I’m not sure to whom you’re referring, but not every epileptic has a seizure after viewing strobing lights, and not every source of strobes sets off epileptics who are sensitive.
I think the defense will be able to put enough doubt into the jury’s mind about the veracity of this apparently pedophilic yellow journalist.
I would like this pissant to prove his susceptibility to this particular GIF while hooked up to an EEG in the courtroom. That would be fun no matter how it turns out.
