Rep. Trey Gowdy grilled FBI Director James Comey on the several intelligence leaks that made headlines this year.
The leaks to the liberal media were meant to damage Trump administration officials.
Rep. Gowdy: I thought it was against the law to disseminate classified information. Is it?
Director Comey: Oh yes. Its a serious crime.
Gowdy then reminded Comey that the Obama officials who leaked the classified information face up to ten years in prison.

His job is to build a case which he has done on every hearing he has held. It is up to Congress to apply pressure and AG to seek indictments. Not Gowdy.
Why do folks have this Judge Dredd fantasy in their heads?

For 6 years as a federal prosecutor, Trey prosecuted the full range of federal crimes including narcotics trafficking rings, bank robberies, child pornography cases, and the murder of a federal witness. He was awarded the Postal Inspectors Award for the successful prosecution of J. Mark Allen, one of Americas Most Wanted suspects.
He also received the highest performance rating a federal prosecutor can receive two years in a row. As 7th Circuit Solicitor, Trey led an office of 25 attorneys and 65 total employees.
During his tenure, he started a Violence Against Women Task Force and a Worthless Check Program, enhanced and expanded Drug Court, and implemented a Drug Mother Protocol designed to assist expectant mothers break the cycle of addiction.
That all said...I understand your stance....I'm quite sick of NO ONE in Washington D.C. going to jail...or fined. I get that...but you can't say Gowdy hasn't done anything.......

Aside from the many comedic errors and screw-ups by PIAPS her crew during the campaign season, that led to her ignominious defeat, I do think that Comey played a part in her defeat.
By going on national television (after many many months of investigation of Killary and her illegal bathroom server, potential national security implications, and crimes for which you and I would rot in prison, during the Obama administration), and then telling the American people that while "there" was something there, the FBI declined to prosecute clear violations of the law, for fear of influencing the election.
WTF ? All of America, knowing just how dirty PIAPS, her impeached rapist husband, and the Clinton Foundation are, were clearly shown that some pigs are indeed more equal than others. And the law, the law is for little people.
Instead of actually clearing her of any wrongdoing, he convicted her in the People's Court, on live TV, further turning off a growing segment of her supporters and fence-sitters.
Unless Comey is going to admit that he was put up to that farcical game of charades, by the "Russians," just what what his motivation? Hero? Martyr? Patriot? Self-serving corrupt public servant? Shill?
Todays predictably farcical circus/hearings, is just more of the same.
Heads of the FBI and NSA covering their asses. Chumming the waters. Playing a politically dangerous game with the near future of our Republic.
I think that as the drumbeat from the Left grows more and more for "impeachment," we the People are going to be louder and louder in demanding just what "evidence," if any, exists.

Arrest someone, prosecute them and put them in jail. Stop talking about it, do it.
