What opiate did they start with?
They start with pot then move to meth, cocaine, spice, etc. while dabbling with opioids and Benzos. In my area, there is still a general stigma with heroin, but my childhood friend (now 40) OD’d 2 months ago on heroin. He started with pot, then cocaine, then heroin. No Rx drugs.
