Can Judicial Watch request any meetings, telephone conversations etc between Obama and this judge? It stinks to high heaven that Obama makes an unannounced visit to Hawaii just before the ruling. Sort of like him making a quick trip out there just before his grandma died.

I guess, since we don’t really have anything other than hearsay that he went to college. Wonder how come none of the profs remember him. Surely with that enormous personality someone should remember him. He’s just so charming. NOT!
Not being familiar with the process to ‘create’ a federal judge, what process needs to be followed to remove those same judges, if it is even possible? Are said judges not appointed?
