There is *also* the possibility this was a test/drill to find the weakest agents, and she was it. I would certainly test my guys if I was about to embark on another rally tour. Hopefully they’ve gotten enough first-rate applicants, now all they have to do is shake loose positions for them.
In this case, I could see where leaking dis-info about the contents would be helpful to tightening up the details.
