On Sunday's edition of 'Fox & Friends' radio host Mark Levin discussed the evidence backing up President Trump's claim that someone from the Obama administration was spying on him before the inauguration:
MARK LEVIN: The evidence is overwhelming. This is not about President Trumps tweeting. This is about the Obama administration spying, and the question is not whether it spied. We know they went to the FISA court twice. The question is who they did spy on and the extent of the spying that is the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, Trump surrogates...
They were so aggressive, they waited four or five months, they go back in October, weeks before the general election, they narrow their request, all of the sudden we have leaks coming out on Flynn. Then we have a 'Oh horrible' meeting that took place between Sessions and so forth. And Im telling you as a former chief of staff to a United States attorney general in the Reagan administration, these are police state tactics.

Yea. Well “they” can’t lawfully do that. Wiretap the Russians and then use any information they get from US citizens. And then leak it. That is unlawful and Levin’s point. And mine. FWIW.
Spy’s and hackers don’t leave evidence.
The evidence is in the media including the January 20 New York Times. IMHO Trump is punking the media. Many of the news outlets ran articles or stories that Trump had been wire tapped in order to see if there were Trump/Russian ties according to their sources. So either the medial is correct or again it is fake news.
