The benefits in Hawaii are better than in CA. I agree send them ALL there!! No flights to mainland NONE!!!!
And Hawaii already has the worst homeless problem in the country. Let’s put a few more thousand people on the streets, committing crime, crapping on the streets, stealing anything that isn’t nailed down.
