What happened to the original request for a meeting of the full 9th circuit panel?

Basically, he’s “calling out” these judges. As a Judge, he probably believes that his occupation holds to a higher power than partisan politics.

Effectively, he’s saying my colleagues are ROGUE.

He made a brave and powerful statement. Nice to see one person has some f’n balls.

It shows that he KNOWS, and is telling the world, that the political partisans serving on the 9th Circuit Court were engaging in extra-Constitutional judicial usurpation when they wrote their original stay. He's “calling them out” and letting the universe of federal judges know that not all will simply stand by and support such usurpation. And he's providing the rationale supporting a 7-2 Supreme Court decision that the President has the power that Trump exercised.
