Gaddafi probably got them from Saddam. But when he saw what happened to Saddam, he decided to turn them over to save his skin. He seemed ready to amend his ways as a ruthless dictator.
But once Obama came into power, Obama punished his cooperation. Obama had him and his regime replaced with a group that was even more tyrannical.
Obama and Hillary funneled money and weapons to our worst enemies and basically created ISIS from the vacuum that was left when the ROE was changed and our military was pulled back.
Under Obama, the military became a big social experiment for LGBT. It is clear that the last thing he wanted was for Americans to be more safe.
