No need to as most states have their own nests of environmental regulators. Let them work off their own state budgets without Washington funneling more to them.

Yes, and if the states get the money currently wasted on the EPA, the commies will simply melt into the state equivalents of the EPA, and continue their war against the human citizens of the USA.
