In November 2011 a report from Egypt had it that the then interim government had launched an investigation into the US Agency for International Developments funding of unregistered Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Egypt. In response, U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson, who was known as Hillary Clinton’s alter-ego, provided a list of 39 unregistered NGOs that had received U.S. funds; some $40 million had already been given to anti-government groups since the revolution in January. It was surmised that this illegal use of funds led USAIDs director in Egypt to resign in August. An investigation was then truncated when Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood team took power. After that event USAID continued its funding of Muslim Brotherhood “charities”, and Patterson continued the Embassy support for the Muslim Brotherhood.
The NGO’s are Soros’ main tool.
