Why was his human right to self defense being infringed?
Was he a felon?
As far as the program intimated, he was not a felon, but of course, he did not “go through channels” in his exercise of his human right to possess a firearm. This is only my perception and my presumption ... based on a very vivid, yet implicitly unreliable memory of the TV show.
