Absolutely. But they’re claiming they don’t have the votes to do so. They also don’t have the votes to pass Ryancare. So it’s a stalemate. If they can’t break the deadlock (hopefully toward the freedom side), then the president and the secretary should continue using their authority where they can to defang this unconstitutional monstrosity. And then congress should be doing all they possibly can to defund it and promote free market solutions. Obamacare will crash and burn on it’s own if we cant repeal it.
