Here will be my message, if by dumb luck I am as fortunate as Huber:
Flood the medical schools with willing and able students of every age. Do it now and we will see dividends by Trump’s second term. If President Trump incorporates this change into the subtext of Trumpcare, I personally will enroll in medical school the next day (for me, it is literally just a matter of taking the MCAT; well above room temp on degrees already)
Second, restore transactional medicine. Make it so that a $50 copayment is just that - it pays the Dr, he sees me, he writes a $10 Rx copayment, he follows up a week later that wellness ensued. The end. This is how my now-retired GP did it, this is how his dad did it for my dad, and "that's how America does it, and it worked out pretty well" [--Tony Stark]... until Bobocare.
