Prospective teachers in New York will likely no longer have to pass a basic reading and writing literacy exam, the Associated Press is reporting.
The state’s Board of Regents is expected to ditch the Academic Literacy Skills Test in part because black and Hispanic teaching candidates struggled to pass the exam, according to the AP.

Why stop there? It’s also obviously racist that anyone (except whites, of course) should have to show any academic credentials or achievement at all.
Reminds me of attempts back in the 70s to get a state teachers exam in South Carolina. Main sticking point was that minorities didn’t have exposure to art and music like white teachers. It was pointed out that in order to get a degree in education one had to have some hours of art and music. Idiots had to shut their trap on that one. Now they would just scream racism because their idiocy was pointed out.
So they’re no longer going to be forced to act white. Well OK then.

My Jr. High English teacher would have burned their ears off about what he thought about this.

I say we just stop shelling out money for,games and tv packages, and stop using public money to build arenas for them, and see how long they last.

Likely many are not pushed to their whatever their full potential is, as well, for any number of mulitiple reasons. It would help everyone if they were.

A few years back, the daughter of a friend got a teaching job in the Buffalo school, never having acquired a college diploma. Friends in high places kept her there for several years. She later moved to Atlanta to subject a new batch of students to her ignorance. (She could show experience without having to actually produce a diploma.)
I think it might be over. For white people. Do we really want our children and grandchildren at the mercy of these 60-80 IQ, moooooslim or mexi-indo animals? Or their pets in the LGBQTP? I am advising my children to not have any more children.
