I worked in the sewer for months and had to report lies day after day from the media and now I find myself is a dense wood trying to find news and fake news. On top of this I now have to question how much our House and Senate really are there in DC to actually learn and work for the American people. So being asked why has the 1974 Rule been used I'd have to stick my neck out and say...could it be because no one ever cared to learn how to read the law and rules of the Congress but instead depended on others around them? It seems both the House and Senate are FULL of lazy followers who made it their normal excuse to never question but go with the flow. Its much Easier.
Now I guess we'll see if Ted is right in his statement and finding but even more important if it can be used to our advantage.
