I had a burger yesterday at TGI Friday’s. It had a cheddar pimento spread, Buffalo sauce and two buffalo wings skewered to the top. I didn’t eve try to pick it up. Knife and fork. It was actually pretty good.
I love to eat a good juicy open-faced sammich with a knife and fork.
That's actually an old southern traditional favorite. Pimento cheese. The locally made hot variety is to me especially good. http://www.mustenandcrutchfield.com Most of what you'd encounter in the grocery chains or in restaurants is entirely too dependent upon mayonnaise as an ingredient, though. The best I've ever had was made by my late aunt, she used three kinds of cheese and ground it herself with an old manual meat grinder that she kept just for that purpose.
