In fact in one place it makes things worse by relaxing the requirements so that illegal aliens can get in.

Everyone should stop running in circles about this article and take some time to research the author. In just a moment or two you’ll see just what a liberal clown this author is. Then, stop and ask why should we believe a word he says?

I’m going based on what I heard from Paul Ryan when he was given his presentation. I don’t trust him so who knows but he said they repealed the mandate and additional taxes and then they gave a tax credit (not a refundable one). None of that screams over reach to me. The one thing I had a problem with is the subsidy but he was up from about it. So, based on what he said in his presentation the bill doesn’t sound like Obamacare to me...Rand says he keeps the caddilac tax. How? Where? Rand says they force you to buy insurance (Ryan said exactly the opposite in his presentation). Rand also says they force you to pay a penalty to the insurance company if you don’t buy insurance. What provision calls for that? Conservatives are very light on facts here, just a lot of trigger words. I don’t doubt them yet but to me they are losing the argument because I have no idea what they’re talking about
If you go 63 days without coverage a 30% additional penalty is added onto your premium for one year.
Let’s say you lose a job and the insurance with it and it takes longer than 63 days to find another.
The penalty will add up to more than the penalty the IRS would have collected.
The Cadillac tax is deferred until 2025 and then comes back.
Repeal all of it.
Get Fedzilla out of the market.

The President has signaled that he’s completely open to negotiations with conservatives, he’s meeting with conservatives, he’s met with representatives of the Tea Party.
We also have been told that what we’re seeing is only Phase One of Three.

Unfortunately, I think there is something to that. Ryan was not a Trump supporter during the campaign and he is a Rhino globalist. What better way to take the wind out of the sales of the Trump movement than to put forward a bill that will not totally repeal and replace Obamacare while at the same time switching the blame for any problems in healthcare (cost etc) to Trump and the Repubs. I don’t know if that is the case, but I don’t trust Ryan or McConnell at all. What I do not understand though is why Trump supports this bill.
the tax credit isnt even a credit in this thing. You get a check from the IRS if you dont pay taxes that only can be paid to buy insurance companies.Then if you do pay taxes your taxes ate reduced by more that some one who makes more. That is just transfer of wealth. We should not be paying for anybody’s health insurance premiums any more than we should buy them a car!! Where is the constitution are you guaranteed an insurance policy paid for by other people? RINOCARE is socialized medicine!! We don’t want that. Get this — If you are young and say you don’t want the the damned insurance— when you do want it — THE INSURANCE COMPANY SLAPS YOU WITH A 30% penalty on your annual premium!! Who made that up? Paul Rino? Why should we pay for someone who is ALREADY SICK??? That is like buying insurance for a car that was wrecked last week!! That loss is then paid by other policy holders in premium increases equal to or more than enough to pay for the sick guy NOW buying insurance. This is something out of the old Soviet Union!!Kill this bill. Go to the free market or go to the ER and wait 6 hours!!

why does one person get more than another person as a “Tax Credit”? ( is is not a tax credit—it is a direct government payment!! )Who makes up the revenue short fall? I know you are confused, It is like un”earned income tax” credit. That means if you don’t make much the government just take money from those that work hard and GIVE it to the parasite FOP FREE. It’s BILLIONS in transfer payments!!! That is what this is. On most REAL”tax Credits” you have to buy something,like business equipment and then at the end of that year you get a Tax Credit!! Obama care should be repealed entirely. It is over one thousand pages with many hidden things in it. Start over and make it a bill that would be about ten pages that would assist those unable to pay. I think most hospital handle that.
