the clovis points have similarities to arrow heads used in france and spain of the same period.

No. That is a separate, prior group in theory. The clovis peoples are believed to be the ancestors of todays American Indians, The Solutrean hypothesis represents the arrival of peoples from Europe.

No. These are peoples who are supposed to have migrated from central Asia via the ancient Bering Sea Land Bridge.
