Trump has the right—and the obligation—to tell the judiciary to go to hell they have no standing whatsoever to make ANY decisions on immigration, which is ENTIRELY within the constitutional purview of the executive branch. This nonsense has gone on long enough. Get rid of these judges and state AG’s.
The leftist minded unjust judges know they have no standing against the Constitutionally granted and Congress mandated laws that give only the President the right to stop illegal or dangerous immigrants from foreign countries at his discretion as he is the Executer of the law of the land. And the unjust liberal judges are politically biased and will overturn all the laws and liberties of our Constitutional Republic by fabricating their own lies.

You don’t need a lawyer to understand this. A judge has NO constitutional authority to nullify a law, executive order or a request for cheese on a ham sandwich. It’s really that simple.
Only the legislature may overturn a law or executive order.

Don't know,It sounds like the petition simply wasn't completed properly.My pessimism is borne of experience and it says to me that finding a judge who thinks he/she/it has the authority to make law (meaning an Obama/Clinton appointee) will be easy.

The judge refused to halt the ban. Sure this won’t be the end of it though. Strange thing is last time it went before the same judge he halted it. Must have rethought that decision. ;)
