No kidding... if it truly is encoded in our DNA to resort to aggression as a means of survival, what makes him think that among BILLIONS of humans, that all individuals, all groups, all peoples will also throw aside this biological imperative, and not instead use the world government as a tool to obtain power using these same technologies ? A world government may just as likely accelerate the development of our robot overlords, as those desiring absolute power exercise the levers of government against its subjects. Someone needs to buy this guy a copy of Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones!
