Trump did say other things during his presser lead to Flynn being let go, but he didn’t elaborate. This maybe one of those other issues.

You’d think someone would check the databases first. Then again, it depends on whether or not the agency doing the checking was actually interested in providing reliable information.

It is VERY difficult to find an honest politician....that is one of the various reasons Trump was elected.

I don’t trust Pence for a minute, and my guess is that Trump knows enough not to trust him either. (You never see him in on key discussions with senior aides.)
