They’re too concerned about illegals and social BS to build reservoirs, dams, and anything else to preserve the water. Instead they are building a high speed rail line from SF to LA, that has already doubled original cost estimates.
Currently, the HS train is at $68 billion.
The original Keystone pipeline cost $5.2 billion. The new expansion will be an additional $7 billion.
When completed, will be able to move 1.1 million barrels a day.
