Russia is "quietly 'seeding' the U.S. shoreline with nuclear 'mole' missiles" that "dig themselves in and 'sleep' until they are given the command" to detonate.

Sound like the vodka talking.

Great.... Now this is the perfect excuse for the “Deep State” to nuke Mara Largo or wherever President trump is and then blame it on the ruskies so they can start their war with the russians that they wanted with Hillary.

They could deploy nuclear missles inside of a buoy with an anchor attached to one side. The missles would remained sealed until they got the activation signal, then the chain on the anchor is released and then the sealed casing start to rise, when it gets a certain distance to the surface it exits it container which is built like the container on a nuclear submarine and launches in a similar manner homing in on a preset destination or reprogrammed to a new destination from a Russian satellite.

Basically a mini-nuclear submarine without the crew that anchors itself to the sea floor and then can launch from remote command.

Advantages: no crew to feed/ make noise, ect... Less power needed, can be towed into place and stay there for many many years.

Note: Think underwater capable nuclear drone.

Each “platform” could like a nuclear sub house multiple missiles, and since they are s close they would not need much propellant at all as their range would only need to be only a few hundred to a thousand miles at most.

a very deadly nuclear blackmail platform...

A missile that digs its own hole and waits for commands?

OK

For the sake of our national security, we should consider doing the same to Russia, especially around the Murmansk area.

The Russians developed doomsday weapons by burying numbers of H-bombs tied to radios and computers and if a signal was not sent on a regular basis then the bombs were set to go off. Also at one time there was speculation of USSR putting bomb platforms in space which were denied by all sides.... so it might be possible.

This is not new. I heard about this many years ago, from two people working in different branches of government, both of whom were in a position to know. In fact, it was so many years ago that I doubt the same situation still exists.
