I’m tired of hearing it was “Common wisdom” Hillary would win, or that “Everyone” thought she was going to win.
The battleground states were all within the margin of error, a faltering economy, Trump was effectively the challenger...
There was plenty of reason to believe Trump would win. The handwriting was on the wall if anyone really looked.

That is well said. I think they were scared sh*tless that Trump was going to win. That is why they had the full court press digging dirt on Trump.
After Trump won but right before he took office, Obama expanded surveillance powers. Why would Obama increase surveillance powers if the incoming president was the next Hitler? It was a desperate attempt to try and set up Trump and his staff AFTER they took office.

There was plenty of reason to believe Trump would win. The handwriting was on the wall if anyone really looked.I, for one, was saying Trump was going to win once he won the nomination. Trump was running an anti-establishment, anti swamp campaign that resonated with us fed up voters.
I couldn't imagine people being stupid enough to vote for a gigantic blob of corruption like Hillary. Especially after 8 yrs of misery from Obama.
