The way democrats ‘got’ Newt years ago was with a sophisticated system that scooped up cell phone calls.The cover story about a couple accidentally overhearing his remarks was a lie. AND that was many years ago. I'm sure it's been ‘improved’ since then... it's also NOT illegal - and it's a typical type tactic one would expect from the Clintons.

If Trump was talking to anyone using a cell phone OR if he was using a land-line and the person he was talking to was using a cellphone - that call could be legally captured too. At least that's my impression from some years back... might be worth checking out.
