I guess it wasn’t the meeting, he wanted to see the secret bill. I don’t think there is a law against the house allowing a senator see a bill before it is presented.

There was nothing "secret" about the bill. The House of Representatives was following a well established process. Rand Paul decided to draw media attention to himself, pitch a public fit and then complain when he didn't get his way.

Sorry, you and those making the same argument you are "fell for it." It was a publicity stunt by Rand Paul to attempt to gain relevancy for himself again. I'd say it backfired.
