OK, someone answer me this:

We have Obamacare.
Obamacare generously helps women get the "services" they need.
Women can go to any clinic, make an appointment with a PCP, or even the ER to get the "services" they need.

So why is PP even needed? Aren't they duplicating the services that is already provided to women?
