Stephen Bannon, President Donald Trumps chief strategist and the driving force behind the administrations controversial ban on travelers from seven Muslim-majority countries, has a favorite metaphor he uses to describe the largest refugee crisis in human history.
Its been almost a Camp of the Saints-type invasion into Central and then Western and Northern Europe, he said in October 2015.
The whole thing in Europe is all about immigration, he said in January 2016. Its a global issue today this kind of global Camp of the Saints.
Its not a migration, he said later that January. Its really an invasion. I call it the Camp of the Saints.
When we first started talking about this a year ago, he said in April 2016, we called it the Camp of the Saints. ... I mean, this is Camp of the Saints, isnt it

That is a frightening sight - good for the Italians.
So bizarre how they want to go west and then refuse to adopt our ways that have proven more sucessful.

I think the election of Trump shows that the majority of Americans are open to radical solutions. The Constitution is sacred, but it’s not a suicide pact. The ultimate aim of the Constitution was to protect and preserve Christian civilization in the New World. It’s intolerable that it is now being used for the opposite purpose.
I’ve been dying to read this. I wanted the kindle version, but last time I checked, it wasn’t available.
God bless Steve Bannon and Donald Trump—and keep them safe.
Camp of the Saints is one of the most prescient book I’ve ever read. It predicts exactly what’s going on. Both the invasion as well as the reactions of the politicians, the media, the Pope, and the elites.
Jean Raspail is a prophet. It’s a must read for everyone.
I downloaded the PDF and have begun reading. It’s actually fairly poetic, as much French literature translated to English can tend to be, such flourish. I can see why it’s been branded racist, too, however. I won’t let that stop me from reading it, but I’m sure the controversy will only grow from here. The English translation is dated, too, containing a lot of archaic seventies slang, which is a little jarring. Still enjoying it though, I’m on chapter 3 now.
A prophetic novel.
It’s a great, timely book, even though it was written in the 70’s. It captures the essence of what’s going on worldwide to a tee.
I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Once you start reading you can’t put it down. You’ll recognize all the despicable characters on the world stage today.
Where it excels is in exposing the social disease that infects the western world today - amoral, suicidal “compassion”.
I got my copy here:
Racist? BALONEY! Jean Respail was a prophet! To these morons Truth is racist.
You’re right. I meant I intended to get it. I guess not, until the kindle version is released.
I took a pleasant 95 mile drive from Canada to Petoskey, Michigan. There in the Gas Light District was The Social Contract Press. I got my copy and then had a Guinness beer at a small tavern.
There is a high point of this book for me. This is how the author identifies persons who are uncannily like those of today. Those, who in the face of the absolute disaster they will face, persist in complete surrender. Worse, they vilify anyone who has even the slightest doubt about their approach.
They get their come uppance in the most horrible way. The "rights for prisoners" broadcaster surrounded by those worthies when he visits their prison. No guards, they have fled the invasion. They rape his wife in front of his eyes. She is now permanently insane. The religious zealots marching to meet the flotilla with arms open. To offer love and friendship . They are trampled and killed.
The University Professor with his 200 years old family residence and priceless valuable books within. They shove him outside. They burn his old books to keep warm and so on. The brainwashed French government then prevent a stout soldier from decisive action. He wants to blow them out of the water. He is killed by his own air force, ordered by the government
Thanks! Got it, saved it.
If you like “camp of the saints”, then pick up “Submission: A Novel” by Michel Houellebecq (Author), Lorin Stein (Translator)
It’s a more updated version of the Camp of the Saints involving mass Muslim immigration and the Muslim take over of France. It explains how Islam will seduce the existing population by offering them something that western civilization doesn’t offer: Stable families and children. We’re not far off from our kids saying “screw it” and joining Islam because all we offer them is meaningless degrading hook up sex and love less marriages designed to fall apart.
>And, by the way, the migrant invasion in the novel is NOT to destroy Western civilization.
The leftists in the book are clearly interested in destroying western civilization, the migrants are just the tool they’ve chosen to use.
>Another difference is now, the war is not First World vs Third World (class and race), but Christianity vs Islam (religion).
It’s really the left vs what’s left of Christianity and western civilization. Islam is just the tool they’re using to drive the stake through our hearts.
