Wrong.

The June request to FISA was to wire tap Donald Trump, civilian. It was denied.

The October request to FISA was to tap equipment, a computer in Trump Tower. It was accepted.

What the legal grounds for wiring the computer is unknown, but the most they probably got, when they admittedly came up with nothing at Trump Tower, was an appointment scheduled between Jarred Kirchner and the Russian ambassador, there, (who was meeting with everyone, as part of his j o b.)

I think the russians where trying to hack everything as they would always do. especially after the sanctions.
