(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard
of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the
United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from
detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection,
such alien in any place, including any building or any means of
transportation;
If the investigation finds that the judge helped the perp elude federal authorities, arrest her in the courtroom. Prosecute and make her an example “pour les autres”.
This could be interesting as every Liberal in Oregon probably considers the whole state a SANCTUARY STATE
Judge’s last name is Herranz. Don’t recall hearing that name anywhere else. If you google it, you’ll see it’s associated with people who have first names like Miguel, Joaquin, Alfonso, Jorge, ... Hmm .... what ethnicity could those possibly be? Perhams Dutch names? Or maybe Korean? Samoan?

There should be criminal charges.
If I helped one of their inmates to escape, there would certainly be charges.

Great, time for the Trump Administration to begin pressing charges against OBAMA and the other liberals engaged in criminal obstructionism.
Press charges against Hillary Clinton,....that will earn some respect for Constitutional authority.
This would be an excellent opportunity for the DOJ to show that we are a nation of laws again.
The illegal left through a back door accessible only to court employees. It is likely that this referee used her pass card, key fob or other key to access the secure section of the justice center/court rooms (where the judges’ offices are located), and possibly escorted him as well to show him where the door was located.
She knew ICE officers were waiting to arrest this illegal in the public section of the justice center.
This is a flagrant, knowing and intentional violation of federal law. Lock her up!
